Your Responsibilities

Quiet Cove is a privately owned/operated family-oriented resort. The resort has leased sites as well as owner-occupied ones , in addition to the cabin you are staying in. Anyone of our owners can assist you if needed, just ask. Or contact us the Cabin comittee via the VRBO app. Please remember to respect other resort residents' private sites.
PARKING
-
Please park in front of the eating area. Note: there are boat tents on the road past that, try not to block access.
PETS
-
Friendly dogs are allowed. (max two dogs per resort regulations)
-
Please notify us at the time of booking that you have one.
-
If you KNOW your pet isn't dog & kid-friendly leash them or kennel, leashes are not always required over all … but your dog does need 100% recall. If in doubt please leash your pet. There are many families and other dogs out an about so for everyones safety this is always clarified :)
-
You will see most on-site leashed and others not based on this principle.
-
Please clean up after your pet. If you see another “messing” we usually notify that owner so they can clean up if they don’t see the act.

-
We are on a septic system so please no wipes or women’s items are ever to be flushed. As well as only septic-friendly things down any drain. Thanks!

CLEANING
Please clean the cabin thoroughly prior to your departure. It will be clean prior to your arrival. We recommend you allow yourself an hour for clean-up prior to your check-out. The cabin will be inspected after you check out, if satisfactory VRBO automatically releases the deposit 14 days after departure. Septic-friendly cleaning supplies are on-site for you to use as well as trash and recycling bags. (we do not charge a clean up fee for this reason)
